Contact Lovana Brand, LLC at KINETICEMPIRE@pm.me. This email route works before login, after leaving Kinetic or if your account is disabled. Clicking the link opens your email application; it does not send a request automatically.

What to include

1. Your Kinetic alias and the account email, if you have an account.
2. What you want: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent.
3. Enough detail to locate the relevant application, team record or connected channel.

Do not include passwords, recovery codes, authenticator keys, platform tokens or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for a proportionate identity check. EU/UK requests are normally answered within one month, subject to applicable exceptions and notified extensions.

Disconnect YouTube

Open Content → Analytics and choose Disconnect & delete metrics. This removes the connection's stored credentials and metrics from the live database. Also remove Kinetic in Google's third-party access settings to revoke the Google grant. The local button currently does not revoke that grant automatically. This does not delete your YouTube channel or videos.

What deletion covers

Account deletion and account disabling are different. Explain whether you want to leave a team, disconnect a platform or delete the whole account. Administrators must also handle any separately downloaded reports and backup copies; a website deletion does not automatically remove those copies. Any information that must lawfully be retained should be identified in the response. See our privacy policy and EU/UK rights.
