Privacy policy
Last updated November 4, 2026
This policy explains how Lovana Brand, LLC, an Illinois, United States company operating Kinetic, handles information through blueprophecy.com, our private esports and content-creator website. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, email KINETICEMPIRE@pm.me.
Connected channels, explained
Connecting YouTube is optional. Kinetic reads channel information and analytics to show your performance and authorized leadership reports. Other creators cannot see your private analytics. You can disconnect your channel and request deletion.
Information we collect
- Account and application information you or authorized staff provide: name, alias, email, contact handles, platform links, eligibility answers, interests, availability, portfolio and onboarding responses.
- Membership activity: assigned roles and teams, agreement acceptance, recruiting assessments, submissions, schedules, attendance and other content entered into the website.
- Security information needed to operate accounts: password hashes, authenticator configuration, sessions, recovery information and access/audit records. Hosting and security providers may also process technical details such as IP addresses and request information.
YouTube and other platform connections
Kinetic uses YouTube API Services. With your authorization, we retrieve your channel identifier and name, subscriber count, channel views and video count. Where available, we also retrieve reporting-period views, watch time, subscribers gained and subscribers lost. Counts may be rounded or unavailable.
We store encrypted access and refresh tokens so the server can refresh metrics without asking you to sign in each time. We do not receive your Google password. The YouTube permissions used by this connection are read-only; they do not let Kinetic upload, edit or delete your videos. Other enabled platform connections retrieve the account information and metrics described in their connection screens; availability varies by platform.
How information is used and shared
We use information to manage applications and membership, operate team and creator tools, secure the website, and provide the analytics you choose to connect. Creators can see their own private analytics. Site Admins and Content Directors can view individual and team analytics and download Excel reports. Connecting a channel requires acknowledgment of this staff access.
Recruiting information is restricted to authorized staff; private esports information requires separate esports access. Profile information and content are shown according to the relevant feature's access controls. Hosting, email and security providers process information needed to supply those services. Platform providers process authorization and API requests under their own policies.
Google API information is used for these user-facing analytics and reporting features, not advertising, data sales or general-purpose AI training. Kinetic's use and transfer of Google API information must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses a session cookie for sign-in and browser storage for preferences and application state. Security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled, may process device and network information to prevent abuse. Following a platform link or using provider-hosted content subjects that interaction to the provider's privacy practices.
Storage and retention
Account and operational records remain while needed to provide membership services and administer the organization. Disabling an account restricts access but does not delete its records. Connected analytics use periodically refreshed snapshots rather than a full historical archive. Metrics more than 30 days old are hidden and scheduled for removal by the synchronization service.
Deleting a connection removes its credentials and metrics from the active application database. Separately downloaded reports and hosting backups are not automatically erased by that button. Contact us to request removal of retained copies and other associated records. Backup retention depends on the hosting configuration.
Disconnect, revoke access or request deletion
- In Kinetic, open Content → Analytics and choose Disconnect & delete metrics for your channel.
- To revoke Google's authorization as well, remove Kinetic in your Google Account third-party access settings. Local disconnection currently does not revoke the Google grant automatically.
- For account deletion, application records, report copies or help when you cannot sign in, email KINETICEMPIRE@pm.me. Include your Kinetic alias and the request, but never send passwords, authenticator keys or access tokens. We may need to verify account ownership.
Removing Kinetic's stored information does not delete videos, your channel or other information held by YouTube. Manage those through YouTube. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy; use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
EU/UK members and processing purposes
Lovana Brand, LLC is the controller for Kinetic membership data. We use information to respond to applications and deliver requested membership services; protect accounts and moderate conduct; meet applicable legal obligations; and, with your permission, connect optional platform analytics. The applicable legal basis depends on the activity: steps toward or performance of a membership contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure community, legal obligations, or consent for optional connections. Contract is used only where a valid contract applies, including the rules for minors. You may object to legitimate-interest processing or withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
We receive information from you, authorized recruiters and referrers, and platforms you connect. Information may be processed outside the EU/UK, including in the United States and by hosting providers. Contact us for information about the recipients, processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards. Read EU/UK privacy rights and how to make a request.
Security, eligibility and updates
Access controls, encrypted platform credentials and account-security tools help protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Membership is for people aged 16 or older, including EU/UK residents. If you are 16 or 17, review this notice with a parent or guardian and obtain their permission where applicable law requires it. Do not submit an application if you are under 16. Contact us if information was submitted by someone who does not meet that policy. Changes to this notice will appear here with an updated date.
