Kinetic at blueprophecy.com is operated by Lovana Brand, LLC, an Illinois, United States company. Questions and concerns: KINETICEMPIRE@pm.me. These terms describe use of the website; separately agreed creator, employment, sponsorship or tournament contracts remain separate.

Eligibility and accounts

Membership is for people aged 16 or older. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must authorize participation where your local law requires it. Do not apply if you are under 16. Give accurate information, keep credentials private and report suspected account misuse. Admin approval and assigned roles determine access; having a login does not authorize access to every team or division.

Respect the community

No harassment, threats, discrimination, cheating, impersonation, malicious uploads or attempts to bypass permissions. Respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Do not disclose private strategies, recruiting notes, member information or restricted content without authorization. Follow the rules of games, tournaments and platforms you use.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Lovana Brand, LLC a non-exclusive permission to host, store, display and process it as necessary to provide the website features you request, within the applicable access settings. This does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted promotional rights. Separate permission is needed for uses beyond those purposes. Only submit material you have the right to share. Report alleged infringement to our contact email with the material's location and a description of your rights.

Platform connections and privacy

Connections are optional and require your authorization. Providers control their own services, permissions and data availability. Analytics may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and do not guarantee growth or earnings. Read the privacy policy for data uses, staff access and exports, and data requests for disconnection and deletion instructions. Using YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional data processing.

Fees and opportunities

The website does not currently sell goods or charge membership fees. Membership does not guarantee employment, compensation, sponsorship, tournament selection or particular results. Any future paid offering requires its own disclosed terms before a purchase.

Access restrictions and leaving

Access may be limited or suspended for security, eligibility, misconduct or operational reasons. Contact us to ask for review of a restriction. Disabling an account and deleting an account are different; disabled records remain. You may stop using the site and request deletion subject to applicable rights and lawful retention requirements.

Availability and legal rights

We work to keep the website available, but outages and errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to seek a remedy.

Applicable law and changes

Illinois law applies to these terms to the extent permitted by law. This does not deprive EU/UK members or other consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available where they live. Contact us first if you wish to raise a concern, without limiting your right to contact a regulator or court. Changes will be identified by the updated date; material changes should be communicated before they take effect, with new agreement obtained where required.
