EU/UK privacy rights
Last updated November 4, 2026
This page explains rights that may apply to your personal information under the EU GDPR or UK data-protection law. Lovana Brand, LLC operates Kinetic. You do not need a Kinetic account or active membership to make a request.
Your choices and rights
- Ask whether we hold information about you and request a copy and explanation of its use.
- Correct inaccurate information and complete incomplete information.
- Request erasure or restriction of processing where the legal conditions apply.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing.
- Request a portable copy of qualifying information processed by automated means based on consent or contract.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
- Ask for review of a decision and raise concerns about automated decision-making. Final account activation is reviewed by an Admin, not automatically approved by a platform metric.
Rights have conditions and exceptions. A request for deletion does not automatically require deletion of records we must retain by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and available complaint options.
Send a request
Email KINETICEMPIRE@pm.me or follow the data-request instructions. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a permitted extension is necessary because of complexity or number of requests, we will explain it within that initial month. Requests are normally free. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm identity.
Complaints
You may complain directly to a supervisory authority without first contacting us. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner's Office. EU/EEA residents can find their authority in the EDPB directory, including where they live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred.
Young members
Our minimum membership age is 16. People aged 16 and 17 still have their own privacy rights. A parent or guardian can contact us to help; we check their authority and the member's interests before disclosing information. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide a suitable secure method.
